Bakery: Bellagio Patisseri and Aria Patisseri (both bakeries used to be Jean Philipp Patisseri). They have my all time favorite chocolate almond croissants.

Breakfast: Top Five List

Hotels: The Mansion (the best-kept secret and invitation-only property on the Vegas strip). Sky Suites at Aria, Wynn Las Vegas, Skyloft at the MGM Grand

Lounge: Parasol Up at the Wynn Las Vegas Hotel

Casual Dinning: Wolfgang Puck Pizzeria and Cucina, Allegro

** I created my list of Top Ten Restaurants in Las Vegas several months ago. Since then, I’ve eaten at some other restaurants and my list will change soon. For example, Circo and Michael Mina at the Bellagio will certainly bump off two restaurants that are currently on my list. But Sinatra at the Encore is still my Number One!
